How do I book?

Booking is simple! You can reserve directly through our online booking form, call us, or send an inquiry through our website. Once details are confirmed, you’ll receive a service agreement and payment link to secure your ride.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes. Cancellations made 7+ days before service may apply the deposit toward a new date within 6 months.
Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable.
No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of service will be charged in full.

What amenities are included?

Every LXRY Keys™ ride includes:

Do you provide airport transfers?

Yes. We provide seamless airport transfers to and from all major airports in the DMV area. Our chauffeurs track your flight, assist with luggage, and ensure your arrival or departure is stress-free.

What if my event runs late?

We understand events don’t always go as planned. Overtime service may be available depending on the driver’s schedule. Overtime is billed at the current hourly rate and must be approved with your chauffeur or our booking team.

Do you allow alcohol/hookah in the car?

Outside marijuana, cigarettes, and personal hookah are not permitted.

What is your deposit and payment policy?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before your scheduled service. If the balance is not received by the deadline, your booking may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
